Pros

Recent Grad and got a job within 3 weeks. If you do a good job within the classroom, the schools will renew your contract and you can end up working with them for the whole year. Every time they renew your contract your pay goes up Its very good if you are looking to have work while job hunting ( I worked from 8am-3pm) leaving me with plenty of time to focus on job search after work You get to pick when you work and when you don't. If you want to take a break, you can just not take up assignments (you aren't required to X number of working days a week, month, etc.)

Cons

The assignments get picked up really quickly, so you have to be fast The assignments available are typically for student aide positions (longer contract) and mostly for SPED needs Some assignments don't have much of a description so you might be going in blind for the assignment

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Swing Education. We're thrilled to hear that you were able to find work quickly and that the schools you worked with were happy with your performance. It's great to know that our flexible scheduling options allowed you to balance your work with your job search. We understand your concerns about the speed at which assignments get picked up and the limited information provided for some assignments. We're continuously working to improve our assignment posting process to ensure that educators have the information they need to make informed decisions. If you have any specific suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@swingeducation.com. We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to enhance the experience for our educators. Thanks again for your review, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors!
