Hello - Thank you for your review. We wanted to clarify that subs are not removed from the platform unless there are very serious issues involving health and safety. Being late is not grounds for removal. However, subs who are chronically late may, over time, see fewer teaching requests than subs who are not late.

Pros

Schools are offering long term assignments due to teacher shortage. Schools can request a specific substitute. Excellent way to check out multiple districts.

Cons

Structure of long term assignment pay does not match up to direct rate from school districts.
