Swing Education is a fantastic place to work. Smart, hardworking people working to bring more teachers into the classroom where there wouldn't otherwise be. The culture in also phenomenal; work-life balance is a real thing; prioritizing diversity in our hiring process is a real thing; being open, honest, collaborative, vulnerable, and bringing your full self to work is highly valued. Employees are valued; we are recognized for our contributions and encouraged to be creative to head new projects or initiatives . The founders are amazing; smart, ethical, good people with their priorities in line. Really amazing place to work. Feel so lucky to be here.

Not much! I with their were more, esp, more healthy, snack options (we have a lot of snack, though, so who can complain?) and that the temperature was more . consistent throughout the office. Pretty great complaints as far as complaints go!
