Very nice co-workers Lots of flexibility and work life balance (you can do nothing for decades if you so choose) Solid benefits package Good senior management

Cons

Massive systems problems - nothing works Zero UW authority Vacant middle management You are just a number - they will tell you this - in so many words - on the “town halls” No career development Low pay

Good benefits and salary. Nice facilities.

Cons

Very little diversity at the senior level. Decisions are hard to make when there always needs to be a consensus.

Pros

Good work life balance and overall culture can be great depending on the team and boss you're working with. I like the global aspect of my role. Lots of learning opportunities without killing yourself.

Cons

Pay does not increase. Make sure to negotiate as high as you can. Even the bonus target is fixed and is hardly 100% in AIP calculation. Some areas are more political than others
