Pros

Pay is good. Benefits are OK. Benefits like pension is eliminated and EPPis not attractive any more. 401K has been reduced for new joiners.

Cons

This company is not what it was once before. Few in upper middle management will do anything to save their job and create an unnecessiary layer. This restricts free communication and innovation. Meaning less projects that add no value and feels like things are done to just get attention and incentives. There is lot of good knowledge that is suppressed and not used. The thick middle management layer runs more on ego then knowledge and rationality.

Pros

9-5 hours, challenging and dynamic work environment, good pay and generous bonuses if you perform well. Also offers stock profit sharing plan, v. good benefits including 401k double match.

Cons

Swiss-headquartered, management acts as if US were a "satellite" office even though we write 65%+ of the business. Will never win a "best company to work for" award in US given poor HR policies.
