Global company, leader on the market, hight opportunities, interesting and challenging products, good social benefits, has also a nice work frame

Cons

In some areas is difficult to expect a transfer in other countries and sometimes due to lack of resources the same job can be done for long time without a perspective of change

Pros

Excellent benefits. great savings plans. Management in Zurich, London, and Armonk are great. There are some really nice people to work with.

Cons

I worked for SRFP. The Senior management in the finance division in NYC is abusive, and highly disrespectful. There is is yelling and screaming at employees on a regular basis

Benefits are good and co-workers in the Overland Park office are competent and very friendly (Midwest people!).

Cons

Used to be a great place to work when GE owned it, but now the morale is low and employees (especially the Kansas office) are treated as dispensable. Unqualified, egotistical managers from the NY office trying to supervise people who they don't know and never see - not a great system!
