It’s great to hear that the challenging nature of the work and the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues stood out positively. In large international organizations, the pace can naturally feel slower at times, but we’re continuously working to simplify processes and enhance how teams operate.

Pros

Internal mobility. Wonderful and wickedly smart co-workers. Great benefits.

Cons

Management and Senior Leaders - initiatives constantly changing before the company is able to see the result of the work. Competing priorities. Mixed messaging. Company makes too much money and throws it around at the next shiny object that grabs their attention....to the detriment of the employee's work/life balance.
