Pros

Excellent company to work for. Good salary and benefit. Work life balance mostly OK. Global exposure is a plus, people moves around within the company, lots of internal opportunities.

Cons

Suffered from 2008 financial crisis, business affected by industry cycles. Constant change in directions, lots of reorganization and frequent change in management in recent years.

salary is good only if higher position is achieved, some people are treated as "offshore" in some locations, sometimes ridiculous cost "saving" measures

9-5 hours, challenging and dynamic work environment, good pay and generous bonuses if you perform well. Also offers stock profit sharing plan, v. good benefits including 401k double match.

Cons

Swiss-headquartered, management acts as if US were a "satellite" office even though we write 65%+ of the business. Will never win a "best company to work for" award in US given poor HR policies.
