Pros

- Nice company - Good work life balance - Great Management: you not just number, they treat you as real person - if you like to be in single company forever it is right place :)

Cons

- hard to get to lates technologies, the tech stack is usually more conservative - It is not the top business and they usually d not need top experts for their positions

1. Lot of work 2. Office in knowledge city 3. Work life balance

Cons

1. No Progress in career 2. Very less hikes 3. No leadership team in Hyderabad everything managing by Zurich or Bengaluru teams 4. Bengaluru management don't want to grow Hyderabad office as it is grabbing all attention from the Zurich office 5. Sudden layoffs - Zurich and Bengaluru team terminate only Hyderabad teams members when it comes to cost cutting
