Pros

Good if you like travelling. Projects are all over Asian. Regardless of your experience, they will not afraid to throw you in projects. Excellent bonus.

Cons

Being away for months, not good for older people with family. Work environment involves working in factories under construction. So sometimes no toilet, dusty area, unpaved roads etc. So if you are the kind that like clean office environment with nice pantry and stocked up food, this is probably not for you

Interesting work but serious caveats

Pros

The technology is pretty interesting. Integration of many systems from robots up to ERP systems. Some travel but not too much. This depends heavily on position. Work-life balance is good.

Cons

Zero wage increases even when promoted No followup of organizational failures from management. This creates repeated messes that could be easily avoided. The size of this problem cannot be overstated. Low wages and organizational issues lead to high turnover of competent staff. Insufficient onboarding.
