If you are in a sales role, run away and fast!

Pros

Exciting product that can be an industry game changer. There are a lot of really good people that I really enjoyed working with.

Cons

The CEO does not have a clue about managing or running a sales team. She is selfish and doesn't understand how the success of your sales team should translate into success for the company. She sees them as competition and is always undermining them. CEO thinks she knows it all and constantly complains about the good old boys club and how men are... Well, you get the gist of it.

We appreciate the feedback and assure you that it was shared with the full Management team. Over the last two years, we have made several changes to how the sales team operates. This included hiring sales/business development leadership and reorganizing the sales team so they have more autonomy.

The CEO will take deals from you that you are working, change your comp plan on a whim, and is generally untrustworthy.

Thank you for taking time to share this feedback. Sales is not easy and we have enacted many changes, like the Sales Team Rules of Engagement, to help increase transparency and trust between Switch Account Executives and the Leadership Team. And due to our continued growth and restructuring the company, the CEO is no longer based in the US or involved in N. American sales.
