Pros

-very diverse company -very inclusive -great culture -flexible work hours and setup -smart people -respect for colleagues no matter the position -high pay raises and bonuses

Cons

-heavy workload (like other small companies) but with flexible hours and setup -irregular pay raises and bonuses (but high) -as this company has employees all over the world, there's a timezone issue

At Switch I have the pleasure of working with some of the most talented and devoted people in the Smart Building IoT and software business. The cultural diversity at Switch is great, I not have colleges from around the world but have lifelong friends no matter what the future holds.

Cons

While being agile sometimes we can be eager to please.
