      -With the right people, you will gain a lot of knowledge and experience -Benefits(insurance,401k,ect) -Free lunch

      -With recent events from 3 years ago, manpower is still at an all time low. -Higher ups not allowing building managers to do their job -Pay isn't as good if you're coming from the field
