Pretty solid company and I would classify them as recession proof which is nice.

Cons

Manager that openly mocks subordinates is a difficult culture to work in.

Very active in the community under the umbrella of Desert Financial

Cons

Behind a veil of compassion, management is toxic. I wish I would have known. Vague direction, managers that don't understand the business but expect you to deliver upon the vision in their head. I should have seen the hints.

1. Great place to collaborate with several teams 2. You are given autonomy authority and accountability from day 1 of your job. 3. They have a great initiative on giving back to the society 4. Growth is supported from all 360 degrees. 5. Lot of exposure to workinf directly with business and learn from them 6. Amazing culture 7. Very supportive leaders
