*Management is horrible. Employees aren't listened to (they hear you, but do nothing with it or ignore it).
*Everyone is afraid to say too much as they don't want to lose their jobs or upset the manager higher up. The direct managers are afraid as well to say anything to their superiors'.
*Management reaches down to the front lines, not focusing on company vision and goals.
*Turnover rate is high. Good employees are hard to retain here. Employees that are here seem to be those that have worked here for many years and wont change employers no matter what.
*Company is all over the place with products that they cannot be good at one. A lot of gaps and open holes in products or services that are yet to be uncovered.
*Some employees don't pull their own weight and others have to compensate (this is understandable as management doesn't really do any inventory yet has their hands so deep into each team; they micromanage, but don't fix problems)
*No incentive to try your best here or make things better as you either don't get compensated for it if you're looking for better value, or your ideas and work go to naught as management doesn't listen and see value in work that matters.
*Management also changes direction and priorities all the time. You can be working on making things better in your department, then all of a sudden you get pulled away on something that is not important and then never get back to the work that matters at making the organization better.
