Like any wfh set up, you need to put in effort to connect with peers. But this is hardly a con!

Pros

Great work-life balance. Transparent executive team. Hard working team with get it done attitude. Fully support each employee whether remote or in person with the tools and resources they need. Great job recognizing the wins each person has.

Cons

Some growing pains as we scale and transition to more Enterprise level systems, but nothing out of the norm of what should be expected when making that transition.
