Pros
Excellent team members to work with from different countries, backgrounds and experiences. Lots of learnings daily. New ideas are taken into account by Directors and VPs.
Cons
Awful money management, for over 6 months the company has been without a proper cash flow, late payments to clients, suppliers, employees is the usual MO Vague and ambiguous strategies with customers, selling servicies knowing they can not deliver. Employees need to wear several hats to make sure things get done and are expected to comply with every ask from the higher management
