Pros
It was a mid size company that challenged employees to continue to develop and perform at their best. They have an onsite Gym, Café & day care. Employees were able to have a challenging career and a balanced life.
Cons
This company was a top down management company, that did not really empower their managers. However, that worked for it to be profitable and be acquired by SAP. However, since the acquisition, it is a struggle for Sybase employees to continue to perform at their levels as all decisions are made in Germany.
