      OK for late career, not for early career

      Pros

      Pension contribution is decent, relaxed work environment. Bare minimum engagement with employees, with no community or sense of purpose feeling amongst employees.

      Cons

      Institutionalised and stale culture, complete lack of diversity or acknowledgement of it. Bare minimum rushed training that lacks depth or purpose. Progression is absolutely not clear. No opportunities to excel at the role in the existing assessment structure.
