      Cons

      Organization too lean. Limited resources time wasted checking boxes doing non value added work. Unrealistic expectations for commercial teams not aligned with market conditions. Current Sales incentive sub par vs market

      Horrible culture

      Good pay. 4 months parental leaves but no one dare to use that.

      Cons

      Hierarchy culture. Always give privilege to management. Lead by fear not by example or respect.
