The benefits package was decent.

Cons

There was minimal training and inconsistencies with how procedures were done throughout the lab. Many of the written procedures were either outdated or had errors in them that led to confusion. The work culture there was also abysmal.

Syensqo cares about their employees well being. Above average # of vacation days. Great benefits for 401k and health. They really value taking work-life balance.

Cons

They don't prioritize personal development. There are a lot of people in the company that are "content" in there position and say there for 10-15 years. Also the opportunities to move up are rare.
