Pros
- good pay and 401K matching - SOME of the coworkers are great people
Cons
- industry is not doing well, and safety issues. - most of management are the worst people I have ever met in my life, let alone worked for. On a professional level managers will take credit for your work, give you 0 expectations or feedback, no training or mentoring, and will not advocate for you or your project. On a personal note most are sexist and homophobic, and refuse to separate that from work, will give their opinions out to everyone. - When 4 talented engineers quit in 6 months, you know there is a problem.
