      Pros

      Product Technology is interesting Benefits are so-so Some decent people still work there

      Cons

      Departments build silos and are unwilling to assist other teams or promote collaboration. Finger pointing is preferred over admitting fault and working towards a resolution. Management egos overrule sound decision making just to establish dominance. Latest round of layoffs will drive what talent is left to a healthier climate.

      Pros

      Many good people , interesting technology, free pizza on Fridays.

      Cons

      No collaboration between groups. Support team and engineering teams are siloed by ignorance and poor management. Employees are nothing but a number when it comes down to it. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how much of a positive impact you have made. When it comes to the bottom line they will get rid of you .
