      Pros

      Great work environment with some very friendly folks. Everyone works together and is willing to teach you anything you want to know. Very flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Not much to say here, lunch options aren't amazing in the area if you go out but they cater lunch anyways so who cares.

      Their 401k match is only upto 3% and it can be increased to match the market standard. Based on the Team you are in, the work can get challenging/monotonous

      The is an evolving company and there are opportunities to find, especially if you're willing to travel 50%+.

      Cons

      Transitioning and contracting out what it can. Without either specific skills or willingness to travel a lot, job security is hard to grasp.
