Cons

Automation Systems are over sold to customers. Systems require much more staffing and upkeep than what sales has promised.

Pros

They offer free lunch for three days a week. Also the HR people are very nice, they answer all your queries. The people that I am working with are very friendly and has tons of knowledge to share. Very hardworking company and has the ability to deliver.

Cons

The salary is pretty low compared to other companies in the area. No stock options. Sometimes long working hours during deployment.
