Opportunities for internal promotions are scarce, and instead of developing existing talent, the company frequently brings in outside hires for senior leadership roles. This has contributed to high turnover, with many employees leaving or being pushed out. The CEO’s leadership appears driven by personal interests rather than advancing technology or fostering innovation, creating further misalignment between company goals and employee efforts.
