No idea since we never got a chance to work here

After Symbotic acquired WASR, there was negative communication, no indication that they even wanted us on their payroll or anything. After a 90 day grace period of them figuring out what to do with us, they picked 50 random people to keep onboard an simply fired everyone else. People have been at this company for almost 10 years and hold so much knowledge about the system they are expected to maintain, yet they got rid of them all.

Honestly, there is nothing good about this company.

Purchased the company I worked for several months ago. The whole process of onboarding was chaos. Benefits weren’t available when promised. Payroll had numerous issues. Fast forward to now. We have all been left in the dark. Friday, 5/13, they laid majority of our team off. We were encouraged to apply to various positions during the first 90days. Hardly anyone was able to secure a position. Hopefully they got what they wanted and enjoy Walmart as their main customer.
