Pros
Symbotic has gone through a lot of changes since my hire. It's CEO was replaced by an individual renown in warehouse supply chain management. The company's organizational changes were profound. There were acquisitions of industry leaders. Management brought feedback loops into its process improvement. Support of personnel became a priority. Symbotic employs brilliant people. Probably my most important feature is that we are provided all the resources and tools to succeed and grow. They also have lots of benefits.
Cons
It's history was filled with struggle. Some employees exhibit provincialism, but it is much better mitigated than in the past.
