      Great work environment, solid technology. 1. Medical benefits were decent 2. Product design is revolutionary.Most employees are great to work with, and provide helpful assistance.

      Management does not understand how to properly set goals and manage project milestones. Political infighting makes top-down leadership almost impossible.

      Pros

      One of the best things about working at Symbotic is the team orientated professional environment that inspires collaboration. It's refreshing to work in a company where people don't just come in to bang away at a keyboard for 8 hours. The daily interaction between employees is indicative of the company culture overall. The other great aspect about working here is that the product/ technology is truly innovative. Being on the cutting edge in a particular field is exciting and employees are always pushing the boundaries to come up with new ideas on how to improve the product.

      Cons

      With so many company initiatives active at once, it can be frustrating trying to accomplish everything in the project times given, which is fairly typical of many small technology companies.
