Pros

Technology is transformative. Could be a great place to work in 5-10 years. Lots of opportunity to grow.

Cons

But there's absolutely no work life balance. Work every weekend. Travel at a whim. Very reactive and blame culture. Lack of trust between senior leaders and across peer group. Very little understanding or clear picture into what success is so easy to finger point and blame. Unless things change drastically, I couldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Company has a bright future in my opinion. The technology is great and product is amazing, and even more so in person. Company is investing in what makes sense for the future of the product.

Cons

Company changes direction very often as it has many projects going at once and stretches employees to try and cover all the work but ultimately it ends up in changing priorities and employees moving form project to project.
