      only good things : good co-workers good technology

      Cons

      oh god where to start: Bonuses are horrible raises are even worse dont expect to be promoted unless you are a yes man to management, some employees have been there for over 7 years and they are not a senior yet, they would rather hire seniors from outside than promote from within. they expect you to live and breath Symbotic 24/7 and dont expect to have a life outside. they act like they care about employees

      Great product IP. Amazing potential.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is constantly changing engineer's designs, forcing them to restart design efforts that are mature by months. They create pocket credibility by swinging their title or money to get their way.

      Pros

      Interesting product/solution that is in high demand. Free drinks and pizza on Fridays. Decent paying positions in the office. Fairly easy to get a position with the right credentials.

      Cons

      Insanely understaffed and toxic environment where finger pointing is the norm. PRO tip - take proactive steps to prevent problems from happening in the first place. If you want to scale - hire like you mean it.
