      Pros

      -Symbotic is an innovative warehouse automation company. -Employee benefits (health care, 401K) are comparable if not a bit better than others. -Fair review system with yearly increases and bonus program based on personal and company objectives being met. -Very talented, intelligent and dedicated team striving for success. -Management focused on aggressive growth of the company and is working to position Symbotic to be a world class leader in warehouse automation. -Symbotic realizes the value in employee recognition and team building through outings and events. This is a personal touch that has vanished from most companies.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for! Right now Symbotic is growing like crazy and the constant flow of customers through the company's door is great for moral. The company treats its employees to great perks such as Friday pizza day and lunch and learns every month. In addition, the company has some great company outings such as free ice cream day at Kimbalss, and bowling at Kings. As an coop student I appreciated how the full time employees treated me as an fellow coworker rather than an intern. The work was difficult but rewarding because it was directly relevant to customer projects. Symbotic really lets the coop students get involved in customer projects! Finally hard work is definitely appreciated around here; near the end of my internship I inquired about a full time position and the management was happy to help me find a place in the company. All in all a great company to work for!

      Cons

      At times there can be some communication break downs between different groups, however inter-group communication is getting better. The lunch and learns really help with exposing what people in the company do so that questions can be directed to the correct people.

      great teamwork culture, smart people all around the place, innovative work, we lead in technology and continue to invest in new product. very professional, laid back, work environment. Love the perks and the social events At the workplace

      we should do more marketing, even when we win major new accounts we are not good about telling the markets.
