      Pros

      Get to work on innovative robotics. Owner very good at relaying company goals, promotes diverse work environment and listens to employees. Management asks for employee feedback and actively responds accordingly. I would highly recommend working at Symbotic.

      Cons

      Facilities are not the greatest, hopefully upcoming planned renovations will be a big improvement

      Super cool mission. Great technology. Awesome people from top to bottom. Super respectful of life balance while being completely focused on the mission

      Cons

      Office space is due for a spiff up. Food service is okay, but getting better.

      Welcoming environment, lots to learn and work on, flexible hours, good benefits including free meals, cheap premium health care, and more. I love working there!
