Pros
- pay is good - never bored - promote from within - technology is cool, it works, and the customers like it
Cons
- it’s a grind - no slow times - constant finger pointing. Better be able to CYA - 50% travel means 100% travel - many people were hired for a role, then get transferred to a worse position when the person in that original spot quits - very little WLB…calls 5am-9pm and expect to work weekends
