- Constantly learning - Get to interact with all sorts of different teams - Get to take on self directed projects - Get to be a part of on site leadership and participate in big decisions on site.

Cons

- Could be pro or con but everyone looks to you when things are going wrong - Working between two companies can be a great benefit but also put you in a position where you get wedged between the two companies.

Great technology, decent pay, great experience for entry. Rick (CEO) is awesome!

Cons

Management lacks understanding and will shift blame to protect themselves, even if they instructed you to do it this way. Very long hours! Working over 12 hours every day for the past nine months without any raises or bonuses. Employees are quitting faster than they can be replaced.
