Office atmosphere is rather lax. The management tends to favor some people and not accept others for no apparent reason. If you are not accepted, don't expect to be there long. One of the odd items you are reviewed on is how happy you are. This is one of the four criteria. The management style tends to be macro/micro. There is no management however when something goes wrong, you are micromanaged due to the problem being exposed to upper management.
