I didnt find any cons as I love the work environment there , they give you lot of space and time to complete your project which motivates you to do good.

Company with a lot of exciting growth in it's industry. Good jobs for people just starting out. Great benefits. Staff is fairly young - early to late twenties mostly.

Cons

The sales department doesn't do enough to prepare its associates for state exams. They spent a lot of money to purchase the books but don't invest in classes that would be helpful in giving tips on where to concentrate studying. Given those limitations, they drop you if you don't pass the test a second time - or even the first time in some cases.
