Unethical Management

They have to pay over market to retain people in this acidic environment

Cons

Management must have missed the Business Ethics portion of their MBA program. Product and process quality is very poor. Adherence to SAFCO culture dies hard. No training to speak of. Tribal knowledge prevails through-out this organization. Sadly, replacing higher cost , more seasoned employees with community college 'interns'. BEWARE, this is a career killer for IT Pros.

Pros

- Positive acknowledgement from supervisors - Pay was decent for call center position - Standing desks available

Cons

- Lots of material to absorb, much of it is learning as you go which can get stressful at times - Call metrics is monitored quite heavily
