One way that Symetra ensures that our salaries are competitive is through regular salary surveys of comparable positions, in the market places where we compete for talent.

And, yes, as someone who works with leaders across the company and as manager myself, I know there’s always room for improvement. I’m happy to report we are actively rolling out some leadership commitments to provide a framework of learning and accountability so we are continuing to perform and transform!
