Low pay, minimal increases unless you get a promotion, which is difficult to do. You’ll be excited at first to help, but you’ll realize its not worth the effort and lose motivation quickly. The only thing I see that I would change is the fact that Symetra is very clear on how they lean politically and I don’t think that should be so clear for as National or International Corporation.
