      Pros

      Symetra has many excellent qualities but the top 3 for me are as follows. First, work-life balance is the best I've seen in the industry. Secondly, Symetra offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, employee wellness programs, and other perks like tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities. And third, Leadership continuously invests in both people and technology focused on true innovation. As an example, we are currently organizing for a Symetra Tech Conference for several hundred IT employees focusing primarily on AI.

      Cons

      It's honestly hard to think of something... most of the normal cons that someone might list are not true for Symetra.
