Pros

I worked in a group where my manager really cared about the overall welfare of the company, not just his fiefdom (which is very common at other companies). It was a breath of fresh air to have someone looking at the big picture.

Cons

Upper management was overly optimistic about what could be done with the resources and timeframes they announced. But that's normal at almost every company.

I came into a fully supported role. I have resources and management structure that supports me and my team. I am a contributor and valued for my experience and insight.

Cons

I am new to the company, I haven't found anything I would think of as a CON yet.

-work life balance -remote work -benefits

Cons

-management could be a lot better but this is just specific to certain departments -salaries need to be higher for the amount of work they expect
