Pros

Pay is somewhat competitive as is work life balance.

Cons

Too much focus on DEI, they don’t promote on merit but rather to check the box to fill DEI quota. Everyday is spent putting out fires the senior managers have created due to their lack of knowledge. Recruitment is very slow as the HR team spends more time at bogus conferences, they are young and lack experience. EVP’s spend their time chasing bogus endorsements for the lack luster company.
