Many managers promote work/life balance. Some jobs offer some work from home opportunities or hours that may shift early or late as needed by the employee - Most employees are excited and invested in their jobs - This company is on the rise and regularly diving into new territory, ideas are encouraged, and every year their seems to be more support and cooperation between divisions and departments. - GREAT management from the top down, I feel if I needed to I could email the CEO directly and get a response - HUGE benefits including education, Volunteering, Toastmasters, Blue fridays, and employee events
