Pros

I the beginning it was this very small "family" environment, everyone helped one another, if you didn't know where to find the answers or if you fell behind. The "TEAM" was there to assist in any way you can. NO MAN LEFT BEHIND". When I say TEAM mean the people within the unit.

Cons

Once leadership changed it all went down hill, the kind caring environment that once was , is no more. its all about the numbers and money. they belittle you and make you feel worthless, to the point i personally had to take a leave for my health. all they want to do is get rid of you if you are not performing. I left on my own accord and would have loved to remain there but its management that is 100% toxic, they don't follow the ethics guidelines they talk about everyone's personal business (practice what you preach). and god forbid you go to HR for any kind of advice, all you are asked is "did you talk about it with your manager "? Absolutely sad, as it would have been nice to continue growing within.
