Pros

Fair work-life balance Good for people who are need a after school start

Cons

Old-school style, where many things are done based on relationships. No strict dress-code for programmers, but the company used to have such rules before, and most people still follow those rules.

Pros

Company with a lot of exciting growth in it's industry. Good jobs for people just starting out. Great benefits. Staff is fairly young - early to late twenties mostly.

Cons

The sales department doesn't do enough to prepare its associates for state exams. They spent a lot of money to purchase the books but don't invest in classes that would be helpful in giving tips on where to concentrate studying. Given those limitations, they drop you if you don't pass the test a second time - or even the first time in some cases.

Management tries and does care about the employees and company strategy and has shown willingness to take on risks in order to grow.

Cons

Antiquated IT infrastructure and the company is very dependent on legacy business. Highly competitive industry makes growth initiatives difficult to execute.
