Ambiguous promotion/compensation system. There is no yearly review so hard to track personal growth.

We are committed to ensuring that all employees have a work/life balance. If you haven’t already spoken with your aligned HR Business Partner (HRBP), I encourage you to do so. They meet with all managers on a regular basis, so they have a perspective of what’s happening in your business area and can provide some guidance. Lastly, we have an open door policy which means you can speak with leadership beyond your direct manager.
