Thank you for your direct feedback about employee recognition and potential – we can always get better! The good news is that our virtual peer recognition program, with virtual High Fives and redeemable Exclamation Points, was used by more than 60 percent of employees in 2018, and there’s a new monthly report for managers, showing how often they recognize and provide feedback to their direct reports. We also expanded our Emerging Leader Program to be company-wide this year, with 60 participants who were nominated by their managers .
