good people work here, not the most organized tbough, training is basically non existing.

One of our core values is to be a Tenacious Student of the Business, so it’s hard to hear that you didn’t get enough training. Symetra does have a learning team in HR and department-based instructors, and we offer a wide range of learning programs including online and instructor-led courses for insurance and financial industry topics, career development, leadership development and specific skills like sales, customer support and data analytics, plus tuition assistance and professional education reimbursement.
