Company culture is amazing! The owners are completely invested in making the world a better place and are always finding ways to make our job easier. The system we utilize is simple so no need to know what you're doing before you come here, just plug in and follow it to success Core values are second to none. We are highly ethical and do the right thing all the time, every time.

Cons

It is not easy - so don't expect it to be There is no clock to punch so you have to be accountable for your own schedule You get paid by your effort and not because you clocked in - you gotta hustle!

Working for Symmetry has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! This is the first time I have been excited to start my workday every day. The people we work with - agents, managers and staff are family. I've seen so many companies where the focus is profit and the bottom line, where nobody cares about their employees as long as there is a warm body to fill a position, where the only concern is what can you do for them. That is not the case with Symmetry. Caring for people is the Core of the company from the CEO to the Job-seeker responding to an ad, to the families we seek to help every day. Whatever your goals are for professional and personal growth and success, you can find it here.

Cons

They say success comes with a price. Well in this case, it's an open mind as well as putting forth some effort. You won't become a millionaire overnight, but you can build yourself up with no limits. How can you grow, if you already know everything?

Being apart of Symmetry Financial Group has been the best experience of my life as a career move. The communication is wonderful in the work environment. The team is caring and supportive. Learning new things is always a great experience because the trainer is always very patient and does not mind a lot of questions as to where some places of employment frown upon too many asked questions. The Core Values are wonderful with Symmetry Financial they are -Relationships matter, people come first -Relentless pursuit of personal growth -Open,honest, and productive Communication -We do the right thing even when no one is looking -We work as a true TEAM and STRIVE to be positive influence -We act like Owners because WE OWN IT -Being of Service and doing good in the world - We have fun and we get stuff done
